The Federal Fiscal Year 2027 Transportation Improvement Program for Pennsylvania covers the four years of FFY27-FFY30 and represents the region’s federally funded transportation improvement priorities.

The report examines what local governments, state agencies, nonprofits, academic institutions, and other organizations need to be able to respond to the challenges posed by weather-related hazards, and how the region can better use its resources to help promote, implement, and scale-up solutions to flooding and extreme weather.

A recent survey demonstrates positive reception of quick-build infrastructure projects through DVRPC’s Expo: Experimental Pop-ups program, with respondents citing public support for increased bicycle and pedestrian safety and positive impact on participating communities.
