DVRPC demonstrates transportation conformity of its FY 2009 PA TIP, FY 2009 NJ TIP and the 2030 Long Range Plan. This conformity finding of the DVRPC Transportation Improvement Programs and the long range plan shows that they meet the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) requirements governing ozone, carbon monoxide and fine particulate matter.
